O2 broadband wireless router and a Mac server at home

If you have a O2 wireless router at home, and want to run a Mac as a server for your own use, including a webserver, email, ssh and a VPN tunnel then this is the setup you need for the security setup :

You can (if you have just one server of course change some of my setups.

The IPSEC - IKE for your VPN tunnel

plus the IKE NAT

as you can see I made a mistake here - the 1701 range is the only one you need, the 4500 is a duplicate of the previous rule, so it can be skipped,

If you want to access email from the outside using IMAP (preferably secure) use :

If you want SMTP for your email server :

and of course ssh to enable secure access when you are not using the VPN
