If you are running OsX 10.4, and have a Airport Extreme (the one with a USB port for printer) you can not get this to work with Apple's normal printer drivers, but there is hope!
Go to this page and download all the required drivers :
Mac OS X 10.4.x (Tiger) and Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther)
hpijs-2.7.6.U.dmg (3.9 MB)
The hpijs package includes version 2.7.6 of the hpijs driver and PPDs for over 600 compatible printing devices. This package requires, but does not include Foomatic-RIP and ESP Ghostscript for Mac OS X. Download these items from the links below, if necessary.

Mac OS X 10.2.x (Jaguar)
hpijs-2.7.6-Jaguar-ppc.dmg (3.1 MB)
The hpijs-foomatic package includes version 2.0.2 of the hpijs driver, the Foomatic-RIP runtime, and PPDs for opver 520 compatible printing devices. This package requires, but does not include, ESP Ghostscript for Mac OS X. Download it from the link below, if necessary.
source code
Foomatic-RIP (88KB)
The Foomatic-RIP package installs the necessary core runtime components (the foomatic-RIP CUPS filter and the foomatic-gswrapper) to enable printing with Foomatic machinery in Mac OS X. Foomatic-RIP is required for all users. It is not necessary to install Foomatic-RIP more than once.
source code
espgs-7.07.1.ppc.dmg (5.4 MB)
ESP Ghostscript 7.07.1 (ESP GS) is an open-source PostScript interpreter that includes integrated support for the CUPS printing system in Mac OS X.
ESP Ghostscript is required for all users. It is not necessary to install ESP GS more than once.
Download Foomatic-RIP first, and then ESPGS, and last HPIJS.
Make sure that you set up the printer like this :
Just replace the Address with the IP address of your Airport Router.
