Having looked at the Wattson support boards I found the following snippet of information

It looks like there should be a new update of the Wattson / Holmes software any moment now - even though it looks like their software delivery cycle is very long (Originally february, now November?).

What I am hoping for is that they use the opportunity to open their protocol so that I do not have to spend time reverse engineering it over Christmas.
