filmon.com - dubious practices After seeing a ad on TV for "filmon.com" I pointed my browser to the site - but became a bit suspicious when I could not access anything before I registered. ... so in other words they do not let you read their Terms & Conditions before you sign up - but you have to say you have agreed before you sign on..........
After seeing a ad on TV for "filmon.com" I pointed my browser to the site - but became a bit suspicious when I could not access anything before I registered. Below is a screenshot of the relevant part of the site - please notice the part stating "I agree with site terms and conditions". So I looked around to find these "Terms and conditions" and found this at the bottom of the page : but the "Terms & Conditions" text does not link to anything, as the HTML shows :
so in other words they do not let you read their Terms & Conditions before you sign up - but you have to say you have agreed before you sign on.......... Not exactly best practice........and no - I have not signed up... |

Maybe the site has moved on since but its an incredible site.
I love it!
Oh.. also checked the bit about the policy, seems fine to me.
Maybe they were having a bad day or maybe knew you were coming!!!!
