We went out yesterday to look at computers for one of our neighbours, and in the sale we found a extremely inexpensive LCD TV, so we bought it. (Click to get a decent size image of the specs) It's a Polaroid 26“ widescreen HD ready TV - ideal as we did not want one of the large LCD's anywhere, as these tends to dominate the room, and we do not see that much TV. It cost GBP £ 399 in the sale. So far I'm impressed with 2 things - the picture quality and the sheer number of inputs letting us connect our Sky+ box, the DVD player, the family home theatre computer, and still have lots of inputs left over. The downside is the audio quality - it's to put it mildly below acceptable standards. A good thing we had a Apple Hi-Fi we connected to the audio-out, giving excellent quality.
