I have blogged earlier about the super-intelligent catflap I ordered, and which btw. I am still waiting for, almost a month after I sent in my order through Google checkout.
I have earlier chased the order by using the "email the supplier" form in Google Checkout - with no success.
But on the 2nd of April (Last Wednesday) I received a confirmation from Google Checkout that it had shipped.
As today is the 7th of April - and it has still not arrived, I decided to send another request for tracking information through Google Checkout. This time I noticed that their email address in Google Checkout is "root@microchipcatflaps.co.uk". This does not sound terribly good - so I read their online product page, and noted that all their sales requests should go to "james@microchipcatflaps.co.uk", so I sent a copy to this address as well.
