I;ve written about this hotel before - but I really have to point you in the direction of this article about Bailiffs Court, one of my all time favourite hotels
Bailiffscourt, Climping, West Sussex - Times Online :
Now this is spooky. If it weren’t for the cars outside, you would think you were in a medieval hamlet, a handsome collection of brick-and-flint buildings with mullioned windows and oak doors, built around a great house. A problem I have been given some thought is how to make sure a website is accessible on a iPhone - a task made slightly more difficult by not having access to a iPhone myself.
In some respect it should be easier than for other phones, as it sports a grown-up browser (Safari), but there are a number of other issues with the size of the display, and with menus, which will need a bit of planning.
But at least I found this article which promises some help:

In the second part of this series, I’ll examine some of the pitfalls and problems with this new web development environment.
